READING THE BOOK OF Second Chronicles CHAPTER Five.
The trumpeters and musicians joined in unison to give praise and thanks to the Lord. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals and other instruments, the singers raised their voices in praise to the Lord and sang: “He is good; his love endures forever.” Then the temple of the Lord was filled with the cloud, (2 Chronicles 5:13 NIV).
Praise and testify the great love of God for His children.

The Lord is good.- The continuous gratitude to God, must be the feature that identifies us a living testimony of God’s goodness. When our family gather for worship every Sabbath we should take a special time to thank God for every special things that he have done on our behalf. We can also do something special to thank God at the beginning of every month for providing us with work and care. It is a wonderful practice to meet with family and friends o thank God for what he does in our lives, for His blessins, for giving us a year of life, etc… To Remember the kind and compassionate acts of God strengthens us and increases our gratitude.
- His love endures forever.- The Bible mentions many times that God loves us:
- a) The main attribute of God for His children is that “God is love (1 John 4:8)
- b) God loves us, that is why he gave his only son to die on the cross (John 3:16),
- c) God’s love is everlasting (Jer. 31:3) He forgive us with love (Isa 43:25), He loved us even when we were sinners (Rom 5:8), for his love, we are called his children (1 John 3:1).
I encourage you to share other passages that emphasize God’s love for each of us.

A cloud covered the temple.- The sacred choir raised their voices in praise to God and melody was accompanied by all sorts of musical instruments. And while the temple courts resounded with praise, the cloud of the glory of God took possession of the house, and filled the tabernacle in the wilderness (RH 09/11/1905).
Prayer
Dear God of love, thank you for loving us before the foundation of the world. Thank you for continuously showing us your love, for forgiving our sins, blessing our work, our lives and offering us eternal life. In the name of Jesus, amen.
